Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for Beauty Advisor based in Singapore.

THE ROLE:

As part of the Clarins Beauty Advisor Team, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand's skincare products to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Promote our brand's skincare products over the counter
  • Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
  • Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
  • Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
  • Actively provide ideas to drive instore engagement, cross-brand collaboration and retail-tainment to attract and engage customers.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions

YOU ARE:

  • Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

YOU HAVE:

  • Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
  • A good team player
  • Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
  • Passionate about the beauty and service industry
