The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. You will be part of the HR pioneer team, supporting a comprehensive range of Human Resource functions. In this role, you will be actively involved in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, manpower planning, outreach, and employer branding efforts to build a capable and future-ready workforce for EGH. You will work closely with EGH leaders, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to attract and recruit administrative and support staff, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle. As an HR business partner, you will also provide strategic and operational HR support to departments on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement matters.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hospital's establishment and operational readiness. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR professional who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a strong commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, and be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
- Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations
- Prior healthcare industry experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
- Meticulous with exceptional organisational skills and commitment to accuracy
- Resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
