About the Role

We are seeking an empathetic, qualified Mental Health Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team of wellness experts.

The ideal candidate will provide personalized mental health support, stress management strategies, and performance psychology guidance to high-achieving clients in confidential, one-on-one or small-group settings.

You'll work alongside wellness coaches, nutritionists, and longevity specialists to deliver holistic, integrated care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct confidential counseling sessions focused on mental health, stress management, and emotional resilience.
  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to client goals and needs.
  • Support clients through life transitions, burnout recovery, and performance anxiety.
  • Collaborate with Helix Privé's wellness, fitness, and biohacking teams to integrate mental health into overall wellbeing programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with professional ethics.
  • Deliver workshops or webinars on mindfulness, work-life balance, and mental fitness (optional).
  • Stay updated on the latest psychological and neuroscientific approaches to wellness and performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, or related field.
  • Licensed or registered counselor / psychologist (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in clinical, private, or corporate settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with high-performing individuals and executive clients.
  • Familiarity with mindfulness, CBT, or integrative wellness approaches is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or French) are an advantage.
