Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all Earth Control Measures (ECMs) are implemented in accordance with PUB and NEA regulatory requirements.
-
Conduct routine site inspections to monitor the effectiveness of ECMs and promptly identify and report any non-compliance or areas of concern.
-
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and performance of erosion and sediment control measures such as silt fences, sediment basins, and other mitigation systems.
-
Provide support to the site's Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) in daily safety and environmental operations.

Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records related to environmental control and site safety.
Job Requirements:
-
Certifications: Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and a registered ECO (SCS) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
-
ECMO Registration: Preferred 2 years' valid registration as an ECMO with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) at the time of application.
-
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in high-rise building construction projects.
-
Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance standards applicable to construction worksites.
-
Good communication and observation skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
