Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Earth Control Measures (ECMs) are implemented in accordance with PUB and NEA regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct routine site inspections to monitor the effectiveness of ECMs and promptly identify and report any non-compliance or areas of concern.

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and performance of erosion and sediment control measures such as silt fences, sediment basins, and other mitigation systems.

  • Provide support to the site's Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) in daily safety and environmental operations.

  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records related to environmental control and site safety.

Job Requirements:

  • Certifications: Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and a registered ECO (SCS) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).

  • ECMO Registration: Preferred 2 years' valid registration as an ECMO with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) at the time of application.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in high-rise building construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance standards applicable to construction worksites.

  • Good communication and observation skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
