We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser Intern to join us for 6 months internship opportunity.

Job Descriptions:

1. Customer focused


• Greeting customers and always being available.


• Making sure the team seeks customer loyalty ensuring a better shopping experience, always being a role model.


• Identifying the customers' needs, offering them styles and product that meet their needs and expectations. Guarantees excellent customer service in the store.


• Using product knowledge, gained internally at Oysho (characteristics, inspiration, store collections) and externally (fashion and trends)

  1. Ensuring that the store maintains the image standards


• Being responsible for the display changes, planning how they are going to be carried out beforehand and doing it together withhis or her co workers, who he guides and develops during the process.


• Making suggestions on the layout of collections aligned with the area coordinator and store management in order to guarantee the greatest impact on sales.


• Monitoring the appearance of each section, always first thing in the morning, regarding the details, facings, shoe racks, bags and change of out of stock products.


• Preparing decoration reports on a regular basis, indicating possible store damages and necessary cleaning.


• Overseeing to keep the decorations in good condition and storing them (mannequins, furniture and decorations), respecting the Occupational Risk Prevention standards ensuring a great impact on sales.

  1. Sales management of products at the store


• Analyzing sales reports with the area manager, making necessary decisions and always following up on them, sharing the results with the managers and the team.


• Providing feedback of product performance in the store depending on the needs of the store to the store/area Managers.


• Having Knowledge about the products and the collections of the season and making sure the team is trained on that matter.


• Constant analysis of competitors in terms of their performance about product, image, trends, latest news and any other information that could add value for our store and company and provides of feed back to our managers and area responsibles


• Having knowledge about the product needs of the brand and competitors (PVP, image, etc.), sharing the information with the team.

  1. New product coordination


• Preparing for delivery, checking the delivery note in terms of new product replenishment to decide where to coordinate product with the managers.


• Presenting new products on the shopfloor following company's standard on the day of delivery.

  1. Optimizing the merchandise management processes in store and stockrooms


• Collaboration with operations team, ensuring that the product in the stockroom is maintained and labelled according to efficiency standards and criteria.


• Controlling continuous replenishment of the store.
