About the Role

As an Engineer at Witflux Engineering Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the company's civil and structural engineering projects. This is a full-time role based in the North-East Region, where you will contribute to the successful delivery of client solutions by applying your strong engineering skills and knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting site inspections, surveys and assessments to gather relevant data for engineering projects
  • Preparing detailed engineering designs, drawings and plans in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Performing structural and civil engineering calculations and analyses
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and coordinate activities
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring work is completed to the required quality, safety and timeline standards
  • Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative engineering solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering role
  • Strong technical skills in structural and civil engineering design, analysis and project management
  • Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000 or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local regulations, building codes and safety standards
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or working towards it would be advantageous
