1.Collaborate closely with front-end developers in a decoupled front-end/back-end architecture following Scrum Agile delivery processes.

2.Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot / SSM frameworks.

3.Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end and mobile applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

4.Work with MySQL and other relational databases for schema design, query optimization, and data consistency.

5.Utilize Redis for caching, distributed locking, and improving application performance.

Job Requirements

1.Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

2.3–4 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

3.Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or SSM architecture.

4.Strong knowledge of MySQL, including relational modeling, indexing, transaction handling, and SQL performance tuning.

5.Good communication skills, strong problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
