About the role

Join Ga Express' team of talented bus drivers and help keep the West Region moving As a Bus Driver with BDVL, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and reliable public transportation services to the local community. What you'll be doing

  1. Operate buses in a safe, courteous, and professional manner
  2. Adhere to prescribed routes and schedules to ensure on-time service
  3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition
  4. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting as needed
  5. Handle cash and electronic fare payments accurately
  6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members
  7. Maintain a clean and well-organized bus interior
  8. Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Valid BDVL (Bus Driver's Vocational License) or equivalent
  2. Minimum experience operating buses or other commercial vehicles
  3. Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
  4. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well with the public
  5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  6. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
