Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic.
· Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our booking system.
· Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately.
· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries.
· Process payments for services and products.
· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
· Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth outlets operations.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements:
· Chinese / English excellent communication and interpersonal skills , to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
· Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.
· Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
