Job Summary

We are seeking talented and motivated Salesforce Developers (Junior to Senior level) to join our growing Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, preferably within Salesforce Industries (Public Sector Solutions) and Omnistudio. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce-based packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring solutions are stable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business and process requirements.
  • Develop and enhance functionality using Salesforce configuration tools and, where required, Apex, LWC, or Visualforce.
  • Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability.
  • Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design and implementation of system integrations and customizations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Perform thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and business stakeholders.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) — highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) — strong advantage.
  • Understanding of Packaged Development Estimating, Application Integration, and Software Platforms.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and Apex development.

Certifications (At least one required)

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Equivalent or higher-tier Salesforce certifications also accepted.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key technical decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced Omnistudio configurations or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
  • Familiarity with low-code tools, API integration, and packaged application development methodologies.
