Fish Cutter / Seafood Processing Crew (Full-Time)

Location: City Hall (EW13), Singapore

Salary: Basic S$2,200–2,500/month · Estimated gross S$2,500–2,800/month

Meals: Staff meal provided

Work Hours (Rostered)

• Two shifts: 7:00am–5:00pm or 12:00pm–10:00pm (each includes a 1-hour break)
• Rest days: 4 days/month

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect seafood; store according to food-safety standards
• Scale, gut, fillet and portion fish to specifications; identify species and apply proper cutting methods
• Maintain cleanliness & sanitisation of work areas, tools and equipment
• Uphold correct storage temperatures to preserve freshness and quality
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory tasks
• Handle fish waste according to company and environmental guidelines
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality SOPs at all times

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in fish cutting/seafood handling or a similar role (preferred)
• Proficient knife skills and knowledge of seafood processing
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and storage requirements
• Comfortable working in a chilled/cold-room environment and with repetitive manual tasks
• Able to communicate in basic English for safety and work instructions
• Team player; able to work independently with attention to detail
• Food Safety Course L1 (or willing to obtain after joining) is an advantage
