About the Role

We're seeking a Client Relations Trainee to support customer interactions and relationship-building efforts. Perfect for fresh grads who enjoy working with people and want to understand client management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in responding to client enquiries and scheduling follow-ups
  • Support relationship-building initiatives and client engagement campaigns
  • Maintain client records and prepare engagement summaries
  • Help coordinate events, meetings or virtual sessions with clients
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client communications
