Conceptualize and implement attractive, creative and innovative store displays according to Company's plans and guidelinesTo plan and execute retail calendar across all store concepts in a timely mannerReview store displays with the Store Manager/District Manager after completionEnsure that all display fixtures and fittings are in perfect order at all timesEnsure that all VM props are properly kept and maintained when not in use. Checklist to be created and maintained to keep track of the available props for future usage to avoid unnecessary wastageCoordinate the procurement, creation, installation and delivery of props for visual merchandising for all storesEnsure the cleanliness of all interior display areas, windows and merchandise displayed are clean and tidyEfficient undertaking of monthly VM related administration procedures such as budgeting, prop sourcing and VM store visit reportDevelop and conduct VM trainings on a regular basis to strengthen store personnel's VM expertise and elevate VM standardsReport to the Area Manager on any damaged fixtures and fittings RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail industry (fashion/sports/apparels required)Solid experience in creating planogram and field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilizationCreative and keeping abreast on the latest market trendsGood time management skillsHands on and willingness to perform operational work, when requiredProficient in Microsoft Office
