Job Purpose:

The key role of this job is to harness AI, data analytics, and automation to streamline business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive operational efficiency—contributing directly to the organisation's digital transformation goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as Python, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms, or workflow automation software.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical and automation projects.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights and measure the impact of automation initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of automated processes and continuously seek opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data and automation best practices.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or process automation roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages (e.g. Python, R).
  • Solid programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, C#, or R, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code for automation and data processing tasks.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and data warehousing is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in automation is a bonus.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement is a bonus.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Years of Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
