- Perform facial treatments and other beauty treatments professionally to a high standard
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring they receive a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate treatments packages
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products and techniques, and be able to offer knowledgeable advice to clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Beauty Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong knowledge in the field of dermatology, facial techniques and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Confident and outgoing personality, with the ability to upsell and achieve sales targets
- Professional appearance and attitude, with a passion for beauty
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
