ASE Education Group provides curriculum development and offers both online and onsite customized 1-on-1 training, as well as small-group classes (3–8 students) for learners of all ages. We specialize in tuition programmes for elementary and secondary students, helping them consolidate their learning and improve academic performance in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and update class schedules to ensure efficient use of classrooms and teacher availability.

● Greet and assist walk-in visitors and customers, providing friendly and professional service.

● Oversee office maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.

● Maintain and organize administrative documents, student records, and filing systems.

● Support daily centre operations and perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

● Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.

● Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong attention to detail with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
