*Backline Technician – Job Scope*

  • Prepares, sets up, and maintains musical instruments, amplifiers, and performance equipment for artists during rehearsals, live shows, and touring productions.
  • Handles daily tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure all backline gear operates reliably throughout the tour.
  • Manages equipment logistics for international touring, including packing, load-in/out, freight coordination, and adapting setups to different venue specifications around the world.
  • Works closely with artists, audio crews, and tour management to deliver consistent stage setups and performance quality across global venues.
  • Ensures equipment safety, proper power requirements, and compliance with venue standards across various countries.
  • Provides quick on-stage technical support during performances and resolves issues in real time.
