Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Stay updated on product knowledge and latest trends
- Support daily store operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks
- Work as a team to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to $2,300 + Attractive Commission
- 5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays)
- Employee insurance coverage provided
- Long service award payouts in cash
- Overtime pay after 44 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written), proactive and adaptable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities
- Physically fit
- Basic math skills required for cashiering and transactions
