Job Location: Singapore

Our client, a leading technology conglomerate is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief AI Officer to lead the company's AI strategy and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving industry. The Chief AI Officer will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the company's AI strategy, products, and services. This role will be based in Singapore, and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business goals and objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

  • Manage and mentor the AI team, ensuring alignment of priorities and effective delivery of projects.

  • Oversee the management of the company's AI products and services, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security.

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption or integration.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business requirements and objectives.

  • Manage the AI budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in AI leadership roles within the technology industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful AI strategies.

  • Experience managing large-scale AI projects and teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging AI technologies and trends.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
