Key Job Accountabilities: - Data Entry : Recording financial transactions into accounting software by posting journal entries- Account reconciliation: Balancing accounts receivable and payable ledgers to ensure accuracy- Financial statement preparation: Assisting in creation of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements- Invoice processing: Generating and sending invoices to clients- Payroll processing: Calculating and processing employee/workers payroll- Bank statement reconciliation: Matching bank transactions to accounting records- Filing and recordkeeping: Organising and maintaining accounting documents- Assisting with Audit: Providing support to external auditors during financial statement audit.- Tax Support: Assist in the preparation of GST submissions and preparation of tax returns. Assist and maintain records of tax-related documents- General Administrative Support: Assist Office Admin with various administrative tasks Job Requirements: Degree in Accountancy with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience or currently pursuing ACCA (at least completed Level 2) / Degree in Accountancy

Have experienced in doing Accounts Receivables Management

Proficient in Ms Office applications

Proficient in XERO and MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)

Strong understanding of finance systems, process and proper accounting treatment in Accounts Receivables Management

Strong analytical skills, meticulous, organized and time management skills

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills

Resilient, willing to learn and is result-oriented

Able to work independently and as a team-player

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and independent, with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks.

Ability to accuractely record and analyse financial data

Fluent in spoken and written English. Clear and concise communications with colleagues and clients

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
