Accounts Executive

Requirements:

Ÿ   Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Ÿ   Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (F&B industry experience preferred).

Ÿ   Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and Singapore statutory requirements.

Ÿ   Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Ÿ   Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.

Ÿ   Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ÿ   Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ÿ   Handle full set of accounts, including journal entries, payments, and receipts.

Ÿ   Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring timely billing and payments.

Ÿ   Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ÿ   Reconcile daily sales from all outlets and ensure accurate POS and bank deposit records.

Ÿ   Verify outlet collections (cash, NETS, credit card) and ensure proper reconciliation.

Ÿ   Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns (Form 5).

Ÿ   Manage vendor invoices, staff claims, and payment schedules.

Ÿ   Support annual audit preparation and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Ÿ   Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis for management review.

Ÿ   Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Ÿ   Communicate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments on payment and finance matters.

Ÿ   Assist in company tax filing and statutory compliance with IRAS and ACRA.

Ÿ   Handle other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
