About the Roles

Join a trusted company specializing in the repair of domestic electrical and electronic appliances as a Service Technician (Electrical & Electronics) based at Joo Chiat Road. This permanent, full-time position operates on a 5.5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–6:30PM; Saturday, 8:30AM–12PM). What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic home appliances and industrial equipment.
  • Use testing tools and instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other electrical measurement devices.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with appliance drop-offs, collections, and service updates.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when communicating with customers.
  • Prepare service reports, goods receiving documents, and communicate findings or repair recommendations clearly.
  • Oversee inventory and ensure proper care, organization, and handling of tools and repaired items.
  • Take initiative to support new assignments or technical projects as required.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Strong enthusiasm for hands-on repair work, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 2 driving licence will be an advantage.
