Sephora SEA's omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Sephora Internship Program – Retail Operations Intern (January to June 2026) x1 spot

  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of Retail KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Automating and analysing Retail KPIs to identify opportunities for Sales and Conversion improvement
  • Developing automated analysis tools with support from existing dashboards
  • Creating and implementing store productivity tools in collaboration with store teams and under the guidance of the Area Manager
  • Assisting in the development of an optimized staff scheduling system, considering peak hours and task assignments
  • Collaborating closely with Store Management Team (SMT) and Stockroom Specialists to understand daily needs and create lasting solutions that enhance store efficiency

Key Projects

  • Creating an automated Retail KPI dashboard that saves time by eliminating manual report generation and tracking
  • Generating actionable solutions and recommendations designed to significantly improve store efficiency and productivity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VBA
