My client specializing in robotics and autonomous solutions designed to enhance security, logistics, and operational efficiency. Their products include Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) serving diverse industry needs globally.

The role involves overseeing product performance, conducting maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and on-site operational support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations and performance of company products.
  • To Prepare and maintain service, conduct routine maintenance, inspections, general upkeep tasks and operational documentation accurately .
  • Provide initial response and basic troubleshooting for technical issues.
  • Support and assist with operations-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
  • Escalate complex or higher-level issues to supervisors or relevant teams promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in technical or operational support roles.
  • Familiarity with robotic systems or automation equipment is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools.
  • General knowledge of mechanical parts and electrical components.
