Responsibilities

  • Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Intune, Defender, etc.), and Windows Server environments.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Azure servers and services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Manage Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), Veeam Backup & Replication, and related cloud backup solutions.
  • Maintain and monitor Linux cloud VPS servers and web hosting environments.
  • Manage WordPress websites: perform updates, security scans, performance optimization, and coordinate with developers/designers for enhancements.
  • Manage web servers (Linux/Windows), domain management, DNS, SSL, and Cloudflare settings.
  • Troubleshoot issues across web, email, FTP, and related services; manage SSH/SFTP access and service recovery.
  • Provide technical support for end users, including retail outlets, and ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on system and site health, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors for system improvements.
  • Provide remote and onsite PC support as needed, along with any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT system and web administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft AD, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux server/web administration, WordPress, MySQL, Nginx/Apache, SSL, DNS, and Cloudflare.
  • Experience managing Nutanix HCI, Veeam Backup, and cloud hosting environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator, Nutanix Certified Professional, Azure Administrator Associate are advantageous.
