Job Title: E-Auction Assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Auction Assistant to join our team As an E-Auction Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our lead photographer, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. If you're passionate about art, auctions, and customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

- Support lead photographer in shoot preparation and execution

- Assist with inventory management and preparation for e-shop and auction listings

- Handle customer inquiries, sales transactions, consignment processes, and payment collections

- Assist with administrative tasks, promotional activities, and marketing support

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Arts, or related field

years of experience in customer service, sales, or auction industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of art, antiques, and collectibles (willingness to learn appreciated)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online auction systems (advantageous)
