Job Description:

• To support in running the operation.
• To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
• To be knowledgeable in all service techniques.
• To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily.
• To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time.
• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and department at all times.
• To clean up the section area after service and maintain cleanliness of the area.
• To perform other related duties as required by management
• Receiving goods and arrange to delegated area
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and hygiene, help on washing and cleaning
• Assist in preparation of ingredients, plating and cooking
• Any other job duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Interest in the food industry
• Willing to cook, cashier and serve customers
• Good team player with adequate communication and people skills, and able to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Punctual with a positive attitude towards work
• Positive attitude with a passion for service;
• Wiliness to learn new items on food and service;
• For Individuals with a serious passion in F&B
• Positive working attitude and a ready smile;
• Able to work in fast-paced environment;
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
