Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $2,200 – $4,300/month
• Allowances: Up to $1,100/month
• Additional Rewards:AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-hospital emergency medical care to patients in critical and non-critical conditions.
• Operate and manage ambulance services, ensuring safe and timely patient transport.
• Administer medical treatment in accordance with approved emergency protocols.
• Assist doctors and nurses during medical emergencies and hospital transfers.
• Maintain and inspect medical equipment and ambulance readiness.
• Accurately document patient information and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Completed Paramedic Course recognized by the Ministry of Health (MOH) — For Paramedic role
• Valid EMT Certificate - For EMT / EMT Driver
• Valid Class 3/4 Driving License - For EMT Driver role
• Strong knowledge of emergency response and life support procedures
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
