JOB PURPOSE:
Ensures all employees have the technology they need to get their job done and responsible for maintaining all systems on-site and remotely. Closely with and train Systems and Database Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business sales requirements, goals with profitability.
- Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow in a cost-effective manner.
- Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes.
- Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software.
- Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively at an optimum level.
- Implementing effective cyber security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.
To be successful, you will need to have:
- Preferably Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Systems or Computer Science with at least five years' experience in IT operations or two-plus years of IT department supervisory experience.
- Proven knowledge of Apps administration, Microsoft Windows, service desk and network administration is necessary.
- Project management with the proven ability to prioritize, handle risk, control costs, adhere to timelines and manage project teams.
**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
