Secondary School Biology Olympiad Coach

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Biology Olympiad Coach to train and mentor secondary school students for national and international Olympiad competitions. The coach will design advanced training sessions, guide students in theory and experiments, and inspire them to excel in high-level biology challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver intensive training covering advanced biology topics (genetics, molecular biology, physiology, ecology, etc.).
• Coach students in problem-solving, laboratory skills, and scientific reasoning.
• Organize practice tests, mock competitions, and lab sessions.
• Mentor students in competition strategies and scientific mindset.

Requirements:

• Must have prior Olympiad competition experience (e.g., International Biology Olympiad, national team selection) or be a past Olympiad medalist/winner.
• Strong knowledge of the IBO syllabus and competition format.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and lab skills.
• Passion for guiding young talents toward scientific excellence.
