Western Production Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Western Production Chef to manage daily food preparation in our central kitchen. You will play a vital role in ensuring food is produced efficiently, safely, and in accordance with our catering standards. This role may also support off-site catering events when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food in large quantities according to catering orders and production plans
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food output
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Support on-site event setups and catering deployments when required
- Able to assist in the design of food and drink menus, offering suggestions and creative ideas to enhance the culinary offerings
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume kitchen or catering production
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Flexibility to support off-site catering events, when needed
- Prior experience in a halal-certified kitchen (preferred but not required)
