Plating Operator

Job Responsibilities

· Operate manufacturing equipment such as plating line and re-reeler.

· Use of the measuring equipment , solder pot and X'ray machine to perform quality check on parts as per checklist.

· Inspect product and material to ensure that they meet specifications.

· Maintain production data such as quantity on scrap, good part, changeover and set up hours, production hours in MFG/Pro.

· Record and document appropriate information such as inspection checklist, production records etc.

Job Requirements

· "O" Level / Professional Certificate / ITE in Mechanical or equivalent.

· Plating experience and chemical handling experience.

· On the job training will be provided for candidates without experience.

· day work week on rotational shift, willing to perform overtime.
