Responsibilities:

Motors:

  • Performing complete overhauls—from disassembly and diagnosis of faults (both electrical and mechanical) to repair, rewinding, testing, and precision realignment with driven equipment.

Bearings:

  • Executing the precise removal, installation, and lubrication of various bearing types, and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes like misalignment or improper lubrication.

Supporting Tasks:

  • Conducting preventive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermography), maintaining associated components like pumps and gearboxes, and accurately documenting all work.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facility management field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance (e.g., pumps, motors, HVAC, plumbing).
  • Experience in a critical environment (e.g., Data Center, Cleanroom, Semiconductor plant, Pharmaceutical plant) is a strong advantage.
  • Possess good proficiency in English, with the ability to understand and follow procedures and protocols.
  • Experience in using CMMS/SAP would be an advantage
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or relevant field is a plus.
