Job Description
The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Department of Mathematics and primarily focus on managing undergraduate matters. This includes overseeing curriculum planning, and the key responsibilities include examination process handling, class timetable scheduling, course registration management, managing department social media, and assisting outreach activities. There will also be a need to manage a diverse range of IT systems.
Qualifications
Degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Those with no experience are also welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Service oriented with ability to multi-task and undertake challenges.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Meticulous and has a positive work attitude.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and social media.
