Brief Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations and manage SAP Master Data related to materials and production. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing or fab environment, be detail-oriented, and familiar with BOM structure and material control processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain SAP Master Data, including Material Master, Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, and Production Versions.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure information accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Record and document all master data changes, communicating updates to relevant departments before monthly costing runs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related data issues to minimize production disruptions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data management and warehouse efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate material records, assist in goods receipt, material issuing, and general warehouse documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or fab environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of BOM structures and Material Control.
  • Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with internal teams and vendors.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
