Responsibilities:

  • Perform telemarketing
  • Handle enquiries from prospective customers
  • Provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers
  • Attend to customers' needs at all times
  • Professionally advise customers on the proper usage of products they purchased
  • Handle complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements:

  • Min GCE O levels / A levels /ITE / Diploma
  • Min 1 years of relevant working experience in the beauty/wellness industry
  • Able to use Microsoft office and Google Suite.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Positive mindset, persistent and results-oriented
  • Willing to learn, positive working attitude.
