Job Responsibilities
Provide care and support including assessment, intervention & management of caregivers
Provide support to caregivers through engaging them in meaningful activities such as talks related to
mental health or caregiving and self-care activities.
Develop and co-facilitate, activities & engagement initiatives, and to include involvement of volunteer caregivers as required.
Work closely with the CREST - CSN staff in ensuring successful running of the caregiving workshops, activities and initiatives.
Support the CREST-CSN team in monitoring caregivers' conditions and progress, and escalate any issues to the relevant supervisors for follow up.
Provide logistical or operational support for caregiver engagement activities.
Ensure attendance in training sessions, where relevant, as part of the staff competency required by the CREST-CSN programme.
Any other duties, as assigned by the Department Head of CREST-CSN and the Deputy Heads.
Job Requirements
A Diploma in counselling, social work or psychology would be an advantage.
Has at least 5 years of related experience in mental health related fields
Possesses good organisational, communication and administrative skills
Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
