Role Overview:

Knightsbridge House International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Native French Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging French language lessons aligned with the school's curriculum, fostering language acquisition, cultural appreciation, and communication skills among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver French lessons appropriate to the age and proficiency level of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to learn.
  • Prepare teaching materials and activities that encourage interactive learning.
  • Monitor, assess, and provide feedback on students' progress.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff to support the overall academic development of students.
  • Uphold school policies, values, and standards of teaching excellence.

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with excellent command of spoken and written French.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, French, or a related field (teaching certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in teaching French, ideally within an international school setting.
  • Ability to design engaging lessons that cater to different learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about fostering a love for languages and cultural diversity in students.

Contract Type: Part-time, hourly-based teaching position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 per week
