Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary up to $3200
  • Permanent Staff Benefits: AWS, Variable Bonus, Yearly Salary Increment
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri (7.40am - 5.00pm)
  • Location: Joo Koon (Company transport at Woodlands/Bukit Panjang/Yew Tee/Choa Chu Kang/Boon Lay/Redhill/Commonwealth)

Job Scopes:

  • Maintenance of all production equipment and plant facilities
  • Facilitate preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities
  • Fabricate jigs and fixtures to augment manufacturing processes
  • Logging and tracking of maintenance work order, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permit, equipment checklists
  • Daily start-up of production and facilities machines
  • Upkeep of Facilities Services (E.g. Aircon, sprinkler protection system, plumbing, Power & Lighting)
  • Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance and TPM
  • Conduct weekly Single Point Training for Production Operators

Requirements:

  • Min. Nitec/NTC certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or a related field
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in Machinery & Equipment repair and maintenance in a manufacturing environment
