Associate Sales Advisor

Location: Toa Payoh
Working Days: 5 Days/ Week (Including Weekend)
Working Hours: 10am - 7pm | 1pm - 10pm (Based on Schedule Assigned)
Salary: $3,000 - $4,000

Job Scope:

  • Engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, with the goal of opening a conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.

  • Understand who our guests are, what brought them to this brand, their intent, and their timeline to purchase—creating a robust customer profile.

  • Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their interests and needs.

  • Demonstrate mastery of all brand's products and services, as well as knowledge of local incentives for EV owners.

  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI's.

  • Help to maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling test drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.

Requirement:

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and passionate attitude about the transformation of the land transportation industry

  • A dedicated and ethical approach to sales management and operations

  • A strong sense of teamwork and reliability

  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle products and services, with the ability to stay current on EV industry trends and local incentives

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
