Commercial Interior Designer
(Retail & Commercial) Full-time / 5-Day Work Week / Immediate Start Preferred About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Interior Designer to join our team for upcoming retail store and office projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and ready to contribute to projects from concept to completion. You'll be working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver functional, visually appealing, and brand-aligned commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute full sets of drawings for submission to clients, consultants and building management, including:

  • 3D Visuals & Renderings

  • Layout Plans
  • Detailed Elevations and Construction drawings
  • Reflected Ceiling Plans
  • M&E Coordination Plans
  • Material / Finish Boards
  • Conduct site measurements, attend client and supplier meetings
  • Coordinate work on-site and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Obtain quotes and samples from suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure all work meets project deadlines and quality standards
  • Assist in project management and oversee design execution when needed
Requirements:
  • Singaporeans / Malaysians

  • Proficient in:

  • AutoCAD (essential)

  • 3D Studio Max
  • SketchUp

  • Photoshop

  • 2-3+ years of interior design experience (retail / commercial focus preferred)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and great self-initiative
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice (advantage)
