In today's digital-driven world, the heart of innovation lies in the semiconductor industry. A leading global semiconductor foundry is seeking Lithography Process Engineers to join its dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in advanced semiconductor technologies and contribute to process stability, yield improvement, and cost efficiency. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop strategies that enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and prompt resolution of in-line SPC, defect trends, and equipment abnormalities
  • Take ownership of issues and ensure timely handling and disposition
  • Lead productivity improvement projects, especially in new process introductions
  • Apply analytical tools to optimize process conditions and enhance technologies
  • Set process parameters for various semiconductor equipment to ensure manufacturing stability
  • Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
  • At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor foundry process module engineering
  • Hands-on experience with 22/28nm and below advanced technology nodes is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing process improvement or technology transfer projects
  • Solid analytical skills in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Familiarity with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO tools is a plus
