Candidates with long-term, stable collaboration are preferred. Must have over five years of shadow tutor experience, be outgoing and talkative, in good health, caring and responsible. Gender not limited. Must accompany the child to school to assist with daily learning and establish a good sense of rules. Must establish a good working relationship with the class teacher. Preferably a Singaporean native. Must communicate in both Chinese and English, with English as the primary language. Must communicate with parents daily about the child's progress.
