  • Assist daily office operations, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the office area.
  • Liaison with Office Building Management, including maintenance and repairs work
  • Purchase of Office/Pantry Supplies
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
  • Assist with Office Assets: Inventory Management
  • Organize internal office events
  • Reception Duties such as welcoming visitors, handle mail and courier, meeting arrangement
  • Handle data entry and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare and format documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Any other ad hoc task

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge and strong MS office applications.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
