Job Description
Join our growing SAP team
We are hiring a team of experienced SAP Consultants or Senior Consultants with deep expertise in either SuccessFactors (Recruiting & Onboarding) or SAP Ariba (Procurement & Sourcing). Both roles are critical in supporting our digital transformation journey through impactful project delivery and sustained system excellence.
SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultants – Recruiting & Onboarding
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central). Collaborate with HR teams to align systems with business needs, ensure system compliance, and support enhancements and integrations.
What You Bring:

Min. 10 years in IT, with 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors

Certified in Recruiting and Onboarding
-
Strong knowledge in People Analytics, Integration Center, and HR processes

Bonus: PMP/SAP Activate certification, experience in higher education
2. SAP Ariba Systems Consultants – Procurement & Sourcing
What You'll Do:
Manage implementation and support of SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Sourcing, Contract Management). Partner with procurement, finance, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. Coordinate across SAP ecosystems including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
What You Bring:

Min. 10 years in IT, with 5 years in SAP Ariba

Experience across Ariba Buying, Sourcing, Contract Management (SLP, Ariba Network a plus)

Strong grasp of procurement and finance domains

Bonus: PMP/SAP Activate certification, exposure to higher education sector
