Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Wheelchair Bus Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of wheelchair users during their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Safe Journey: Ensure that all passengers, particularly wheelchair users, have a safe and secure ride. This includes assisting with boarding and securing wheelchairs in place.

  • Punctuality: Maintain a reliable and timely schedule to meet the needs of our passengers.

  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, including dispatchers and support staff, to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for our passengers.

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to ensure the vehicle is in good condition, reporting any issues promptly.

  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly and professional service, addressing any passenger concerns or needs with care and respect.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3A/3.

  • Valid BDVL

  • Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred.

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, especially related to wheelchair accessibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

  • Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
