About the opportunity

As we continue to develop our global S&OP capability, we're looking for a S&OP Planner to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the S&OP Planning Lead, this is a brilliant opportunity to take the next step in your supply chain career.

• Short-range, tactical demand and supply planning for key markets across Asia
• Monitor and manage market inventories to meet customer demand, increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Support the S&OP Lead with preparation of the demand forecast
• Manage order fulfilment and resolve inventory or fulfilment issues
• Maintain strong internal relationships and facilitate meetings with global stakeholders across sales, production, and logistics
• Data analysis and reporting to identify variances and propose solutions
• Contribute to the development of best-practice S&OP processes and systems

About you

• 3+ years' experience in Planning, Order Fulfilment, or a Supply Chain Analyst role
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Analytical and data-driven thinker
• Agile and resilient, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exposure to SAP IBP (or other Supply Chain Planning application)
