We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the facility operations of a private residence. This role is responsible for ensuring all household systems, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functioning smoothly to support the family's lifestyle.

Location: Central Area

Working Hours: 5 days per week (including weekends)

Salary: Up to $5,500 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the household's facilities and equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems

  • Supervise and liaise with external contractors, vendors, and service providers for household projects or repairs

  • Ensure timely response to facility-related issues and resolve them efficiently

  • Maintain proper records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and inventories

  • Ensure all facilities meet safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facility management or maintenance supervision

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

  • Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and reliability

  • Ability to work discreetly in a private household environment
