KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General administrative and coordination support to the project team.
  • Manage and maintain project related files, records, timesheets and claims.
  • Developing in-depth understanding of project scope, i.e. timelines, financials, engineering fundamental and project outcome.
  • Ability to work in a power generation environment.
  • Being point of contact for various working groups.
  • Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request, sourcing, and coordinating of goods deliveries within allocated budget & deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements.
  • Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentations.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer / Directors.
