Additionally, we have partnered with leading science-backed recovery equipment brands: Brass Monkey (ice baths and plunges), Sunlighten (saunas), and AirPod (hyperbaric oxygen therapy).

Job Description

Role Description

• Gain a strong understanding of the Cycling Bears product offering.
• Assist to host prospective clients in the showroom.
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies that elevate the brand, engaging both local and international audiences.
• Ensure that all content, from visuals and videos to written posts, reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audiences. Keeping up to date with social media trends and current/relevant topics in the sports and entertainment world that we can leverage on to promote our offering.
• Analyse social media metrics and audience behaviour to evaluate effectiveness, refine content strategies, ensuring maximum engagement and reach. Implement continuous improvement practices based on these insights to optimize content effectiveness.
• Research, generate and update website content/ products/ images/ promotions and ensure the website is kept up to date at all times. Assist to write relevant and create blogs which are SEO optimised.
• Help drive traffic to our website ) by assisting with the SEO, website design, planning, scheduling, and executing digital campaigns in accordance with the company strategy.
• Leverage generative AI tools to create dynamic and creative content and social assets that scale efficiently. Implement AI-driven solutions to produce engaging visuals, videos, and copy that perform well across various platforms. Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance content creation and maximize social media impact.
• Respond to customer enquiries on social media platforms
• Regular engagement on social media with partners and potential clients.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.

Our Requirements

You are passionate about wellness and design. You understand that modern brands are dynamic, creating impactful experiences and driving meaningful conversations. You believe in the potential of brands to inspire and engage people.

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent command of the English language. Strong copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of global and regional social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest with the ability to foresee trends and capitalise on new opportunities and frontiers.
• Experience using generative AI tools to create dynamic and scalable content and social assets.
• A passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier social media experiences.
• Experience in the sports, luxury, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable but not essential for candidates with strong strategic acumen and a passion for our brand vision.
• Creative and curious, with a knack for logical thinking and strategic planning.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is an internship or trainee opportunity, with the intention of full-time employment. Suitable experienced candidates will also be considered for a full time opportunity.
